This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.

A set of 10 playing pieces (like chess pawns) for use with tic-tac-toe and other simple games. Play board is included. Six are painted, and four are in red plastic, as seen here. Besides all six characters from Gokaiger (painted), you also get Shinken Red, Go-on Red, Magi Red and Deka Red.
